Dr. John O. Lee has extensive surgical and family practice experience for over 25 years. He has a strong passion for working with patients of all ages having run a busy family practice of 2000+ patients for over 25 years. Dr. Lee has transitioned to medical aesthetics believing that our clients are best served when they feel their best. He has trained in treating male and female sexual health and in a variety of aesthetic services including injections/fillers and body sculpting. Our patient’s health and safety are our top priorities and best served in a medically safe environment. He takes pride in treating the whole patient with specific aesthetic treatments along with medical and lifestyle counselling.
Dr. John O. Lee is certified and maintains a Fellowship with the Canadian College of Family Physicians (CCFP, FCFP). He completed his Bachelors at Dalhousie University in Microbiology and Psychology. He graduated from the University of Alberta Medical School then completed his Family Medicine residency at McGill University. He served as a volunteer physician in Africa for 3 years working with Medecins Sans Frontieres and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees in Zaire (Democratic Republic of Congo), Rwanda and Burundi after the Rwanda Genocide in 1994-95. He also served in Malawi and Mozambique with a Canadian Non-Governmental Organization doing surgery, deliveries, teaching, and community planning. He is the Lead Physician for the Ottawa West Medical Centre as well as the Lead Physician of the Ottawa West Travel Medicine Clinic. He teaches and mentors for family medicine residents at the University of Ottawa. He is also a member of the national Committee to Advise on Tropical Medicine and Travel (CATMAT) which works closely with the Public Health Agency of Canada.
Dr. Lee worked in Emergency for 15 years. He has been a Surgical Assistant (General surgery, Orthopedics and Plastics) for 25+ years at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital. This allows him to maintain his surgical skills as well as frequent excisions and Z-plasty of numerous skin lesions including melanomas.
At Ottawa Medical Vitality Clinic, Dr. Lee will provide a wide variety of aesthetic services. He believes his extensive and broad experience serves him well in treating the whole patient.
Reilly Moore is a Registered Nurse and has completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Laurentian University. She then wanted to add to her education and completed advanced training in a variety of medical aesthetic services and cosmetic injections. Reilly always had a passion to care for others and believes in providing excellent care that shapes one’s confidence physically and mentally. She feels inspired and motivated every day when working at the Ottawa Medical Vitality Clinic, as she helps clients transform their overall wellbeing.
Reilly has a variety of experience in the nursing field including Medicine, Geriatrics, Psychiatry, Surgery, and Community health. Having these multi-facets of nursing experience has shaped her nursing skills. She enjoys learning new things and keeping up with the advanced technologies that are utilized in the Ottawa Medical Vitality Clinic. Reilly is a firm believer that beauty starts from within and radiates outwards, and she loves watching her clients transform positively.
